Vali’s current strategies are focused on healthcare real estate. Our flagship vehicles EQIT-1 and EQIT-2 target the supported living sector, addressing structural undersupply through purpose-driven investment.
Across both funds, we acquire real estate assets which are renovated or developed through our real estate arm, Aevi Real Estate Group, and operated by our healthcare arm, Equitas Medicare Group. This vertically integrated structure allows us to maintain control and alignment across the asset lifecycle, from origination and development through to long-term operation, driving superior investment returns.
EQIT-1
With our flagship fund, EQIT-1, we are targeting a £5 million investment vehicle focused on supported living real estate opportunities in South West London. The strategy leverages our established ecosystem approach and existing operational footprint in the region, enabling us to originate, develop, and operate assets with a high degree of local insight and execution certainty.
EQIT-2
EQIT-2 is our second investment vehicle, targeting £20 million of capital and focused on supported living real estate opportunities across South East and South West London. The strategy builds on our established track record, replicating a proven, operator-led investment model across multiple London sub-markets while maintaining disciplined asset selection and execution.
